J.Rashad is a 25 year old artist. Originally from Flint, Michigan, Rashad moved to Los Angeles to attend USC where he competed in track and field. After completing his studies, he decided to pursue music as it has always been a passion of his watching and emulating his brothers. His messages are influenced by today's culture and from being a product of the 90's. He has jazz, funk, soul, and modern influences in his music and lyrics.
